On-Hold Application For June-2020

We refer to the above matter,

Kindly note that as per out T&C (http://ipops.imejparking.com.my/tac/ ), On-Hold application must be submitted before 15th of preceding month.

However for On-Hold for month of June-2020 only, we are extending the submission due date to 3rd June 2020.

As the system does not allow submission for June-2020 On-Hold after 15th May, customers who wish to submit after that is required to email the request manually to custcare@imej.com.my by 3rd June 2020.

Permohonan On-Hold Application Untuk Jun-2020

Perkara di atas adalah dirujuk,

Dimaklumkan bahawa merujuk T&C (http://ipops.imejparking.com.my/tac/), permohonan On-Hold hendaklah dihantar melalui IPOPS sebelum 15hb bulan yang sebelumnya.

Walaubagaimanapun untuk On-Hold bulan Jun-2020 sahaja, tarikh akhir permohonan dilanjutkan ke 3hb Jun 2020.

Oleh kerana system (IPOPS) tidak membenarkan permohonan On-Hold untuk bulan June-2020 selepas 15hb May, pelanggan yang berhasrat untuk memohon selepas tarikh tersebut perlu mengemukan permohonan bertulis melalui email ke custcare@imej.com.my sebelum atau pada 3hb June 2020.

Extended Payment Due Date & On-Hold Submission Due Date

Dear all season Parker's,

Please be duly informed that the renewal payment due date for the month of May 2020 is as follows :-

1. Due Date for Individual Payment is on the 10th May 2020 (instead of 3rd May 2020)
2. Due Date for Corporate Payment for May 2020 is extended to 15th May 2020 (instead of 10th May 2020)
3. Closing Date for "ON HOLD" request by customers for May 2020 is extended to 12th May 2020 (instead of 15th Apr 2020)

Any late submission or payment will result in reconnection fee occurrence. Please update your accounts accordingly.

1. Tarikh akhir untuk bayaran bulanan akaun INDIVIDU ditunda ke 10hb May 2020 (menggantikan tarikh asal 3hb May 2020).
2. Tarikh akhir untuk bayaran bulanan akaun KORPORAT ditunda ke 15hb May 2020 (menggantikan tarikh asal 10hb May 2020)
3. Tarikh tutup permohonan On-Hold ditunda ke 12hb May 2020 (menggantikan tarikh asal 15hb Apr 2020)

Kelewatan mengemaskini bayaran.akan mengakibatkan caj penyambungan semula. Sila kemaskini akaun anda.

Please be duly informed that any season parking payments that was made for the month of April 2020 will be brought forward as the payment for the subsequent month automatically provided no usage of the facility at all during the month of April 2020.

Those who wish to put/or continue to put on-hold of their parking facilities for the month of May 2020 can proceed to do the necessary via IPOPS wef 1st May 2020.

1. ON-HOLD application is to be completed through IPOPS before 15th of preceding month.

Kepada sesiapa yang berkenaan, sebarang bayaran menggunakan Arahan Pembayaran (Payment Advice) yang dibuat atas nama Imej Parking Online Payment System (IPOPS), sesalinan hendaklah di beri kepada cawangan atau pegawai yang bertanggungjawab memuatnaik slip bayaran tersebut ke dalam portal sistem IPOPS. Pihak Imej Parking tidak akan bertanggungjawab atas kehilangan, bayaran lewat dan caj penyambungan semula perkhidmatan yang mungkin dikenakan kepada pihak syarikat yang tidak mengikut notifikasi yang telah dikeluarkan ini.
